Coolest Mom in Town!

On Sat, as I was driving around town, my sunglasses were lost. I couldn’t find them anywhere and with the blazing, bright, hot Arizona sun beating down on me, I knew that I needed some kind of protection for my eyes…both so that I could see and so that I wouldn’t damage them with harmful UV rays. So what did I do? I grabbed my son’s Lightening McQueen sunglasses that he had so conveniently left beside me on the seat. Surprisingly they actually fit. And I wore them around town all afternoon!

I think the best part was that I didn’t have any kids with me as I was running errands, so I was getting some pretty strange looks! ;o)
